It can measure light, humidity and soil acidity. I like that for pH it has detailed scale . the device is quite long, so it can reach a long way down if needed. the instructions say to clean and store it after each use. but I will buy a second one and leave it in the garden as a humidity "monitor". hope it works as intended for humidity as well.

Works well. I leave it in eah pot for at least 24 hours to egt an idea how close the moisture level is to what I want. Also can keep it in one pot longer to get an idea of how fast it is drying out and adjust watering frequency accordingly.

Works as advertised but I would have preferred a digital LCD screen for more accurate measurement.
