I lost my previous printer cable so I had to purchase another, this worked perfectly and it has added length so now I do not have to be right next to the printer to hook up

I'm powering the arduino with it's own power supply over where it's sitting so I'm not drawing so much power out of the pi's USB port which I don't even know if it can do
